Welcome to day number 20 of the 22 Day Course. Flexibility is another powerful trait that the self actualized person demonstrates. They are able to let go of attachments and aversions and live in a state of peace and tranquility.

It is in being flexible to the world around us that we are able to make phenomenal progress along our life's journey. When you're flexible, you flow with life, instead of pushing against it, and you experience absolute joy, creativity, and total acceptance of who you are.

You're able to accept suffering when it arises, accept pain when there is pain and totally embrace sadness and grief as it arises. You simply become more able to handle and become one with whatever circumstances arise.

When you flow with life, you let go of any feelings of being a victim of your life or your body or even your limitations. You become totally free to be who and what you are and that is a very unique quality to possess. When you're ready please press play to begin.
