Welcome to day number 10 - Today we're really going to start moving up the Hierarchy towards Self-Actualization, with the powerful Positive and Optimistic Attitude Visualization.

Did you know that we talk to ourselves on average about fifty thousand times per day? Yeah its true and it's mostly all self talk about ourselves. Studies show us it's about 80% negative! We may say things to ourselves like: I can't do that, I'm never on time, I always mess stuff up, I'm so tired today, I don't look good in this, and so on and so on - and these negative thoughts affect our entire lives from our attitude, our physiology, and even our motivation to act and get things accomplished.

If we don't learn how to control these negative thoughts then they can wreak havoc on our lives causing all kinds of negative outcomes. Now the easiest and most effective way to connect with your positive thoughts and ideas is to focus your attention in the proper way. This visualization is the best method for achieving this outcome, by far!
