“He who controls others may be powerful,
but he who has mastered himself is mightier still”
~Lao-Tzu

Today we're going to continue to move up the Hierarchy of Needs into the area of esteem.

In the next few lessons we're going to go deep within and reveal your powerful inner self confidence. We're going to release past negative emotions, negative conditioning and beliefs and reprogram your mind for unlimited personal power. which takes us into today's exercise personal power.

The purpose of this exercise is to experience you're natural personal power. When we were children (and even as adults) many of us were taught to conform to the wishes of other people - such as our parents, teachers bosses and so forth. They told us what to think and how to act. Now of course they probably had the best intentions for us but unfortunately we learned early on that's its better to listen to others than to follow our own paths.

Often times we limit ourselves because we're still operating our lives from someone else belief system. The way we handle our relationships, health, abundance, emotions etc, are mostly programmed into us from an early age. And of lot of it isn't always for the best.

This guided visualization will help you take back your personal power and live your life the way you want. Its time now to live with passion and enthusiasm!
