Welcome to session number 7. You're doing an excellent job and I want to commend you on your great work and dedication to live your life at the highest level.

The purpose of this guided visualization is to learn how to stop judging and criticizing yourself and others.

You know how sometimes in our past we may have judged and criticized not only our own actions but also our thoughts and feelings, perhaps even our own fantasies? We may have also judged the actions and feelings of others as well. But where we run into problems with judgments and criticizing is that they eventually lead to feelings of guilt, shame and blame. These feelings erode your self esteem and if not released can even cause self hatred. But when we stop judging, it gives us an opportunity to learn from our experiences, free of any judgment, and then to simply move on.

Releasing judgments opens the way for acceptance within ourselves and with others and gives us the freedom to decide how we'll feel and act. This creates a space that can be filled with joy, excitement, power or other positive emotions.

When judgments are released you find yourself gleaming with the deep and permanent positive changes that occur.
