Welcome to day number 3. Today we're going to move up the Hierarchy of Needs by first getting a handle on stress. Stress is really just another word for fear and usually stems from wanting security within our lives.

We may feel stress because of too much work, relationship issues, children misbehaving (with a two year old and a one year old I'm pretty familiar with that one) or it could be fear that we might fail at an important project. it could be caused by a number of things that we feel pressure from.

Now everyone experiences stress in their lives from time to time but the trouble with stress occurs when we keep stress locked in. When we keep it buried inside and don't allow it to release. When that happens it can cause depression, unhappiness, physical symptoms, low self esteem, apathy, fear, anger -and it can cause you to act out in ways that are really damaging and unhealthy - like over-eating- drinking - watching to much tv.

But when we learn to cope and deal with stress, we let the worry just roll away. We find ourselves living healthy and successful lives.

This guided visualization will help release the stress so that when stress enters your life, and it probably will, you'll be more calm and relaxed. You'll easily cope with any situation as it arises with confidence and inner power.

You probably noticed that the people in our society that know how to handle stress are usually the ones in the position of power and leadership and are the most successful. You too will easily develop this ability to deal with stress today. When you're ready press the play button to get started.
