I came across this course while searching for guided mediation to listen to work in order to relax myself. I had used guided meditation before when I was having trouble with insomnia and it worked wonders. I have been away from medition for a long time and found this course to be exactly what I'm looking for to destress, realign, and replace my negative thoughts with postitive ones. I have always been my own worst enemy due to the repetitive negative thoughts in my head. Like any bad habit I know that these thoughts can be broken and my mind can be reprogrammed to create an abundance of wealth and happiness for myself and those around me. Today is my first day of my journey and I am already feeling more positive and enthusiastic. I'm on my way to a well deserved wonderful life!
