Hey Sam, don't worry about falling asleep while listening to the meditations. Your subconscious mind will pick up the information that is right for you even when you sleep.

The most important thing is to just relax and allow what ever happens to be okay. I would also suggest that you spend some time with day number 5. This meditation will really help you to feel more centered while listening to the rest of the meditations.
