overcoming panic disorder and agorophobia

I have had panic disorder for over 10 years now, dealt with agorophobia in that time frame also (didnt leave the house for over 6 months), I'm sure your all aware of panic attacks and crippling fear... the strange thing was/is I was very accomplished in martial arts, competitions, computer work, crowds never bothered me. Long story short-- It started happening as I was driving (I no longer drive, haven't for a good 5 years), I did see a therapist for a couple of years, went through the medications (imiprimine, zoloft, and paxil) Paxil DID help, quite a bit, I was able to travel, go to stores etc... still didnt drive, but I could ride a motorcycle with no problem. I haven't taken Paxil for the last 4 years or so, in the last 4 months, I've started having serious panic attacks again (no medical insurance yet- have to wait until January--disability) this has interrupted my wife and I going out 1-2 times a week, going to my sons football games etc...I have found some natural supplements that do help (L-theanine and 5htp), Also, I've been trying meditation, this is right up my alley, I've just started today (looking for self confidence, esteem, and overcoming fear) I'm excited to continue on. I'm a music (guitar) performer also, I enjoy sharing my music, I've been able to somehow get through the nerves and actually perform, my mindset would be strong, and when it's over, within a week, I'm back to the same old problems, I'm hopeful that the positive side would just STAY and I can get back to a full life. thank you for sharing this course, I have no doubt that this will help
