"What does it take to do what I want with my life?"

Who would like to live a truly fulfilling life?

Imagine being able to say: "I do what I want with my life". Wouldn't it be great to have your life flowing the way you desire it? Just imagine having all your goals and dreams manifest instantly. Imagine all the good you desire in life magically appearing. You do believe that this can happen, don't you?

Do you know the number one reason most people don’t get what they want? They have no idea what they want! It makes sense right? You must be clear on what you want!

When you find your purpose in life, you will discover that everything in your life starts to take off...but it has to be your purpose! Your true life purpose.

I believe each one of us is born with a mission in life. Knowing and honoring this mission is perhaps the most important action successful people take. Yes? They take the time to understand what they’re here to do – and then they pursue it perseverance and passion. They say: "I am able to do what I want when I want to"!

Imagine being able to live your life that way; able to say I do what I want! You can have that too :)! But without a life purpose, it’s easy to get sidetracked; it’s easy to wonder and drift about, accomplishing very little. Now with a purpose, everything in life falls into place. You do what you're good at, what you like doing, and what’s valuable for you, true?

The world benefits when you’re on purpose because when you act in alignment with your true-life purpose, all of your actions automatically help others.

When you know your life purpose, you live on purpose. When others see you living on purpose, it creates motivation for them to live on purpose. Does this make sense?

It's a fact that most people haven't given their "life purpose" any thought whatsoever. If that includes you, you may have spent a great deal of your life doing things that mean very little, things that really don't matter. This will leave you feeling stuck and frustrated (not good).

Abraham Maslow puts it this way:“Musicians must make music, artists must paint, poets must write if they are to be ultimately at peace with themselves. What human beings can be, they must be. They must be true to their own nature. This need we may call self-actualization… It refers to man’s desire for self-fulfillment, namely to the tendency for him to become actually in what he is potentially: to become everything one is capable of becoming.”

What you really must do to create the life you desire is to use each precious moment of life to it's highest and best use. You won't know how to do this unless you realize your life's purpose. That is, you can't decide how to get to where you want to go, unless you know where you want to go. Is that clear to you?

Now let's get clear why you're here. At this very moment take out your journal, and write down your purpose in life.

To help you get started, answer these questions:

1. What is the purpose of life?

2. What makes me insist to do what I want?

3. What is it that makes me really happy and excited?

4. What does it mean to have a full and rich life?

5. What does it mean to live in alignment with my highest values?

6. What is the purpose of MY life?

Have you done it? If you have, Great! You are well on your way to a life of success, happiness, and well- being. If you're stuck, close your eyes and go inside. Go to the silent part of yourself, listen for the answer. It may come as a feeling or a vision. Whatever you hear or feel, write down.

Good work and thank you for being willing to play full out!
